The Nest Prep Series You Belong Here: Finding your Community and Support at Endicott! The objective of this session is to welcome students and families into the heart of what makes Endicott feel like home. Together, we will explore the spaces, people, and programs that help students build community and find their place—including Religious and Spiritual Life, as well as resources for first-generation and historically underrepresented students. Starting college is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you are the first in your family to attend college, searching for a sense of connection, looking for a place to nurture your spiritual life, or simply wondering where you belong, this session is designed with you in mind. It is also a space created to affirm and celebrate the many identities, cultures, experiences, and perspectives that make our community stronger. Students from historically underrepresented backgrounds and anyone seeking community and connection are invited to know that there is a place for them here. We believe that every student deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued exactly as they are. During our time together, we will share how students can get involved, connect with others, celebrate their identities, and find support when they need it. We will introduce the welcoming spaces and meaningful opportunities that help students create friendships, build confidence, and discover that they do not have to navigate this journey alone. By the end of the session, participants will leave with a better understanding of the many ways they can create their own sense of belonging at Endicott, along with the reassurance that there is a community here ready to walk beside them from the moment they arrive. All sessions will be conducted via Zoom at Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note that sessions titled the same will cover the same information.
